We will be located in the South Joyce lot (the one south of the Stadium). We will not be east of Joyce Drive, but will be at the southwest corner of the Joyce lot, nearest Joyce Drive.

Hotel rooms and beds
Everyone will be required to put down their own credit card for tax and incidentals at the hotel.
The Marriott has given me an update on rooms, everyone who wanted 2 Queen beds is confirmed. Those opting for King beds have not been confirmed. There is no guarantee you will get the "kings"
Here is what they wrote:
"It means not available based on our inventory now. They COULD be available upon check-in. However, the guaranteed rooms WILL have their preferred bed type. Any other questions, let me know! "

THE TRIP!!!!
The most important thing to know is that the bus will be leaving at 7am on Saturday!!! This will give us enough time to tailgate and tour the campus :) donuts, bagels and beverages will be on each of the two busses.
There will be a tailgate near the bus parking area. Cost is $20/pp. Menu will be added to this post sometime today.
The room at Gene and Georgettis is filling up fast. This is an optional event. This is EXTRA, but something you do not want to miss. Dinner is at 7pm. Info is in a post below.

Our chariots await!
We will be using All Star Coachways. With this "all-star' line up of travelers, there can be no other choice. The game starts at 2:30 EDT, and we are still planning on leaving the hotel at 8:00 that morning. Therefore, using my limited math skills, we should arrive at ND around 11am EDT, giving us 3 1/2 hours to tour the campus and enjoy the tailgate.
This is going to be fun!!!

When you look at the stadium, go south. Out buses will park just north of Edison Road in the area marked BUSES :)

Frontier Information
Trip leaves for Chicago on 9 November at 9:35 am out of DIA
We will return on 11 November at 1:35pm arriving back at DIA at 3:13 pm
We will be on Frontier Airlines. Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to/from DIA. We have arranged transportation to/from Midway Airport in Chicago, as wel as to/from the game at Notre Dame Stadium.
Baggage Limitations:
-2 BAGS CHECKED-IN PAX CAN STILL HAVE 1 CARRYON
-Baggage 80”or more overall (length + width + height) must be shipped.*
-Baggage 63”-79”in overall size will be subject to a $50.00 each direction fee.
-Baggage 101 lbs or more, in weight must be shipped.*
-Baggage weighing 51-100 lbs will be subject to a $ 50.00 each direction fee.
-Baggage that is overweight and oversized will be subject to both fees each direction
